Purchase / Upgrading

  • Do I receive a discount?

    Yes, current PokerTracker/PokerAce Hud customers receive a special upgrade price dependent on the length of time that they have owned PT/PAH prior to upgrading to PT3. Below is the percentage of your original PT/PAH purchase price that will be applied to your PT3 purchase:

    • < 2 months, 100% of the PT2/PAH price off of PT3
    • < 6 months, 60%
    • < 1 year, 40%
    • > 1 year, 20%

    Ex: You purchased PT2 and PAH on 2/19/2008. PT3 is released on 3/25/2008. If you upgrade to PT3 prior to 4/19/08 you will receive 100% of your PT2/PAH purchase towards PT3. If you purchase after 4/19/08 and before 8/19/08, you will receive 60% of your PT2/PAH purchases price towards PT3.

  • Do I need to purchase an upgrade to PokerTracker 3?

    Yes, PokerTracker 3 is a major re-release of the PokerTracker software therefore you will need to purchase an upgrade. However, you do receive an upgrade discount. Please see 'Do I receive a discount' below.

  • I am an existing PokerTracker/PokerAce Hud customer. How do I receive my upgrade discount?
    1. You need to first register for an PokerTracker website account.
    2. Next, link your previous PokerTracker/PokerAce Hud purchases to your account via My Account -> Order History.
    3. Once linked to your account, your upgrade discounts will automatically be applied to your shopping cart when you proceed to purchase PokerTracker 3.
  • My credit card payment failed with an "Address Verification Mismatch"

    For added security with credit card payments, we require that the address/postal code you enter matches your credit card's billing address/postal code. For more information on 'Address Verification System' (AVS) please read the Wikipedia: Address Verification System page.

    If you received the above error message and you are sure that you have entered your correct address, we simply return what the bank provides us. Try using a different card, have a friend purchase for you then have them transfer the code into your name, or contact us to schedule a telephone call so that we can verify your correct information and manually force capture your transaction.

    If you would like for us to contact you so that we can force capture the funds from your credit card, please proceed to send us a message with your full name, email address, telephone number, and best time to contact you (be sure to provide your timezone).

  • My credit card payment failed yet my statement shows pending transactions

    If the transaction failed then no money was withdrawn from your account. Your bank may show these failed transactions as temporarily pending which would allow us to force capture payment (send it for manual review).

    We DO NOT automatically force capture credit card payments therefore no money will be withdrawn from your account. These pending transactions will eventually be removed from your credit card account and no money will be withdrawn.

  • Other payment methods

    As of October 15, 2008 we have been notified that we can no longer accept payment for PokerTracker 3 via transfer on any poker sites.

    If you cannot purchase via a credit card, PayPal, or MoneyBookers you have two options:

    1. Find a friend to purchase via one of the methods above for you and we will transfer the code into your name.
    2. For PokerTracker 3, we have several free PokerTracker 3 offers available on the Get it for Free page.
  • I am having trouble linking an order

    In your message to support, please provide as much information as you can provide such as:
     

    • Your full name
    • Possible registration email addresses
    • Product(s) Purchased
    • Payment method
    • Date of purchase
