Exporting doesn't work - Unable to get hand history

When I try to export Party HH files from PT2 to file, almost two thirds of the files show errors, and a re-import has completely different winnings than before.

The error shown is "Unable to get hand history for game #X". Any idea?

What name and email did you use to purchase PT2? I have no record of the one used for this site.

The error means that the hand history text for these hands was not found in the hand history database. Usually this is because

1) there are observed hands and you have the option selected to not save the text of the observed hands

2) you at some point moved your database from one PC to another or you backed up your db files and reformatted your computer but didn't backup/copy the hand history database file which is needed to do the export function.

I thought all the hand information is stored in the database file itself. I guess there is no way to recreate the HH db?

Not unless you have the original hand history files that were used to import the first time.
