unable to execute query

Postby Structure » Fri Jan 02, 2009 8:04 pm

Just uninstalled postgreSQL 8.2 and manually installed 8.3 via the guide posted on here. Stopped/restarted my postgre service after being unable to log into/import into my new database. Now I have imported the hands, and I can see my player statistics. However under player summary and most other tabs, it says unable to execute query: select (holdem_table_session)summary.id_limit) and a bunch of other stuff in red. I have no idea what this means, but im unable to actually see any of my hands, only my stats are visiable.

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and load one of the queries that has a problem then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and the 3 most recent files in C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\Data\pg_log zipped together to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you and help you get it resolved permanently.
