Tournament results for Ipoker (Bet365)

Hi !
I have a problem i cant find to import my tornament results to pt3. I have been talking to bet 365 support and they say
i cant get the tournament history buy e-mail etc. Is there anyway around it ?

When the tournament completes some of the information should be imported from the hand history file, but it isn't complete information.
The information isn't complete, and PT3 is only able to import what is in the files. You will need to enter the rest manually via the Tournaments > Enter Results.
