Filter for saw flop and number of players to flop not workin

The filters do not appear to be working correctly for me. I set a filter to a specific date and it returned 619 hands. I then added 2 rules to the same line that said "2 players at flop and saw flop". I applied and it came back with the same number of hands. It is not possible that I saw the flop every hand and that exactly 2 players saw the flop. It seems like those 2 criterion are not actually doing anything. I searched for this issue but I did not find it. Is it working for other people?

What version of PT3 are you using?
That works for me - less hands when adding the second 2 filters.
Does it list all 3 filter settings at the top right of the reports?

Just a thought, you're not just looking at the Player Summary report are you? Not all filters apply to this report - see the link at the bottom of the screen when you have filters set.
