cake poker non hud support

Postby johnger » Mon Dec 08, 2008 2:11 am

Hello,

there is a hand converter that converts cake poker hand histories into poker stars format. Will these hands import into PT3? I do not want a hud for cake but just want the ability to analyze my sessions after playing.

cheers

I'm pretty sure I've seen a Cake hand converter in the 2+2 software forum.

You should be aware though that we don't support it, so if it doesn't work we really can't help you.

Hello,

I am not asking for a hud for cake poker. I am asking if you can take the hand histories that the cake converter creates and then import them into PT3? Why cant PT3 work with this? I looked at HoldemManager and it works with imported cake hand histories. Cake poker allows HoldemManager but not PT3?!?!

This is exactly why competition is a good thing. Now before we would have been left to "your" decision. However, with holdemmanager we have options. I think I will purchase HEM.

Good day.

As I understand it, Cake does not allow tracker, so PT does not support it.
What a hand converter does is write hand histories from one site in the format of another site which a tracker will import, but they will not appear as Cake hands in the tracker. I don't know about HEM for sure, but I imagine it is the same there.
