Buying PT3 at Party Poker store

I saw that Party Poker offers the Poker Tracker 3 software at their store.

I want to buy the software using my Party Points.

Is the Poker Tracker 3 software that they sell at their store the same as they sell here?

Can it be used at ANY supported site? Or it can only be used at Party Poker?

The PT3 code available from the Party store only allows you to import from Party (though you would have access to all PT3 functions when doing so).

You can upgrade via this page, and the upgrade price for a fully unlocked version of PT3 is $44.99.
