table tracker

i just tried to use my tabletracker and it said i have to activate it, how and where can i do this, i cant find it

Are you using the trial version? I think you need to register PT3 to use the Table Tracker.

it's registered and i used the tracker only 3 hours ago and it worked fine, like always. but now when i push the start search button it says i need to activate my table tracker account...?

i use the beta 13 version by the way

Oh, OK. I am not aware of a change to the Table Tracker use situation..
I guess it's possible that they are testing something. Please try again later, and if you still have trouble submit a ticket to the Support system

Hi everyone.

Our original plan which was previously announced was to provide a free month of TableTracker to everyone who purchased PokerTracker 3; however, we feel that TT is not at the point where we are comfortable charging for the product therefore we have extended everyone's subscription by at least one month (maybe longer).

I forgot the initial 30 days ran out today therefore I did not extend the subscriptions. If you purchased on or before May 15th your initial subscription would have expired today.

I have extended everyone so this should no longer be a problem. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you continue to enjoy TableTracker! :mrgreen:
