Beta 18 freez

Hi, I just downloaded beta 18, installed it but unfornunately it freezez on start up. All I see is "Populating" in the player list. It's been running for 45 minutes over my 3k hands database. I'm sure it dose not take that long...
Any advice?

I can't, the software is completely frozen. I had to downgrade to beta 17 in order to use the program.
Any idea??

Did you try restarting Beta 18?
If you always get the same issue,
Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

same here, but only on texas holdem->tournament tab. cash games working fine.

Hi,
I cannot submit a log coz I cannot get into the program. Whenever I start B18, it freezes. It does not load my database and I have to close the program via the toolbar (right clic / close). I cannot clic on any menu or button on PT3 so I can not enable the log option.
Any Idea? I'm back to B17 wich works fine.

The enable logging link I gave you explains how to enable logging if you can't get PT3 to run.

I'm having the same issue. Just gonna revert to B17 for now...
