Full Tilt: unable to fix incomplete hand history

Hi, I ve configured full tilt manually and I always get the message unable to fix incomplete hand history. Not enough information available, when I import my hands. Have you got an idea whats going on`?

That message just means that the hand is question was cut off mid way through - either you closed a table or lost connection.
There is nothing PT3 can do about this, but you should be able to request the complete history from Full Tilt.

You can also get this error message if your Full Tilt client is configured to save hand histories in a different language than English. Please change to English language in the hand history options of your Full Tilt client to see if that resolves your issues.
