Cereus hands import error

Sorry I'm still running 12 tables so I haven't searched well but anybody else having problems with Cereus tonight. I was having no problems for most of the night. Then all of a sudden this error:

So I switched to HEM and reimported everything and HEM is not even recognizing the hands (no error message even).

This just happened out of nowhere tonight. In the middle of my session (no update to Cereus, no update to PT3) and no changes to my computer (was hours into a session and everything was working fine.

I'll be happy to submit a bug report but curious if anybody else is having issues first.

Everything was importing fine right up until 00:00:59 May 11, 2010, so by this morning do you mean May 11th?

Thanks - it looks like Cereus have updated their software and their hand numbers (for cash tables, tournaments seem OK) now include letters.
I've reported this to the development team but please attach an example hand history file to a Support ticket and we'll pass it on to the development team so that you get a notification when the fix is released.

Yes - see the letter in the hand number? That is a significant change in format and PT3 will need to be updated to cope with this.

Will the problem with the new Cereus HH format is fixed, will it also fix the older versions of ptstud, pto & pt v2?

PT2:H is no longer being updated (Announcement) but I expect that PT2:O and PT2:S will be fixed - you'll need to report this in the appropriate section of the forum, though, or via a Support ticket.

also PT seems unable to see any hand in my database at all. so i try housekeeping ane get the following error message;

nothing has changed as far as i am aware. i did just start PT up and was offered the upgrade to beta 3.07 which i declined, but i seem to be on beta 3.10 anyway?
