Tournament Results

Hi,

Just finished a tournament (double or nothing on PokerStars), I've played 45 of these on here and so far i havn't encountered any problems with results.. till now. I refreshed at first just so I could be happy seeing my profit go up but it displayed me still playing the tournament for about 20 mins. So i restarted the computer to see if that helped but now it shows me having lost. I've checked the other players stats that won and they also are listed as losing... is there any way i can just go into a single tournament and edit the winners?

Or any other suggestions on how to fix the problem?

p.s.

I have looked through the hand history and it didn't display the winners on there as it should. So i tried editing it and entering in the results, then manually loaded it but didn't get any success...
