All work fine, but after i turn "on" HUD all tables freeze, and I have to close them from the task manager -> processes. I try on my modified tables, and standart. Dont know what to do :?

Please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your start menu and reproduce and report this problem. Your log files will be instrumental in helping us figure out what is causing this behavior and getting it fixed for you.

And without log files detailing what is going on we are not going to be able to determine what we can do about it.

You cannot downgrade from 3.07.5 to 3.06.2 the databases are incompatible. You can downgrade to 3.07.4 though.

Thats a main problem, because i dont have log files. PT work well, it just Ongame client crushes after i turn on HUD. It starts after last patch in ongame client. Some guys from 2p2 have same problem, but they have Holdem Manager.

In that case it sounds like the issue is likely with the OnGame software itself if HEM users are experiencing it as well.

I'm experiencing the exakt same problems.

I think that you on PokerTracker could do a little more than just say that it is an Ongame software problem. It's true that the "freezes" occurs in the Ongame client. But the client works just fine (at least for me) on it's own. It's only when I start the HUD that I experience the software crashes. So in some way your software must be involved, and it's possible that a patch is needed because you may be violating some new security stuff in the Ongame client or whatever.

As a customer here I therefor expect you to do a little bit more than just blaming Ongame. The least you could do is to perform some tests yourself and contact the Ongame software team to see if you could work something out by cooperate. After all: The integration between the HUD and the poker room client is one of the main features in your product and if it doesn't work the product is of much less value for us that use it.
