Re: POKERSTARS PATCH FOR MAY 9 2008 UPDATE

After running the patch, it seems like a lot of the hands weren't registered in pokertracker. I'm not sure what to do...

Thanks for your help.

If the hand history files were moved to the processed folder then you'll need to move those files back to the PokerStars hand history folder and use the Force Import button on the PokerStars auto-import window to have PT reimport all the files that gave errors the first time.

For some reason, I only found one file in the processed files folder for today. I'm still missing a whole bunch of hands for some reason.

Your help is much appreciated!

Are the files still in your PokerStars hand history folder? If so, close and reopen the PokerStars auto-import window and use the Force Import button to load all those hands again. If when you close the window it moves more files to the processed folder then you will have to move them back to the P*s hand history folder again.

Yes I tried that. I checked my error log from before I installed the patch and tried to find those hands in pokertracker. None of those hands from the error log are registered in pokertracker...

The files have to be somewhere. If they aren't in the processed hand history folder then they must be in the PokerStars hand history folder. PT doesn't delete anything.

It's for PT2, this is the PT2 forum. If you have problems with PT3, please check that forum.
