Users of Poker Tracker must accept this disclaimer of warranty: This software is provided as-is, without warranty of ANY KIND, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of Poker Tracker, including lost profits, losing money, loss of data or programs, or any other outcome resulting from the use of Poker Tracker.
YOU USE POKER TRACKER AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS DUE TO THIS PROGRAM. USE OF THIS PROGRAM IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
You are not allowed to disassemble or reverse-engineer the software. You may not rent, lease, or sell the software. You may not transfer your rights to the software to another individual or entity. You are purchasing a license to use the software only, not the software itself. The author retains the title and ownership of the SOFTWARE and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. Poker Tracker is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation purposes.
The registration fee will license one copy for use by one person. Upon request, we will supply registered users with one additional registration code for use on another computer that YOU OWN (2 computers max). THE CODES MAY NOT BE SHARED. You may make backup copies of the software.
No refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
