First, to locate the log file, in PT4 you can go into File > Open User Data Folder and this will bring you to the folder containing PokerTracker4.log Turns out my problem was that multiple registration keys were logged. Yup I've got the trial up and running. I tried enabling logging as you suggested via Configure > Options and restarting but there is still no log file to be found.

I was wondering whether it is possible to remove the colour box around the HUD when colour tagging opponents using NoteTracker. I would prefer for just the note icon to show up in that colour.
