When PokerTracker 4 imports from a hand history file it is creating information from it that's stored in PostgreSQL so you cannot equate the file size of a hand history files to the space those hands are going to take up in PostgreSQL. If...

Re: Changing timezone

This is a known issue with WPN hands in PokerTracker v4.18 - please open a Support Ticket so we can notify you when a fix is available. In the meantime you can revert to PokerTracker v4.17.15 here where new WPN hands will import with the correct time again. Unfortunately this will not fix hands that...

Re: Are Purged Hands still saved in processed hands?

My DB randomly vanished so I am importing everything from the processed hand folder. I have purged many hands from my DB, and worried they will get reimported. When purging only the hand data in the database gets deleted. The original hand history files in your 'Processed' folder will still be ther...

Re: PT4 x64, new update and 888poker crashing

I'd recommend upgrading to at least PostgreSQL v12 since PostgreSQL v9.3 reached its end-of-life in 2018. We have a guide for upgrading here: https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4/databases/how-to-manually-update-postgresql Bear in mind if you are going upgrade to PostgreSQL v16 then that version ...

Re: export hands only hero

Go to 'Database -> Export Hands' and make sure the correct player is selected at the bottom of the export window. On the 'Sessions' tab for cash games or the 'Tournament' tab for tournaments use the CTRL-A keyboard shortcut to select all sessions/tournaments and then click on 'Export Hands'.

I am not aware of a specific issue with that filter. Can you please export your custom note definition and the relevant hand history and attach it either here or privately to a Support Ticket. Thank you.
