Unfortunately that's a known issue when purging observed hands and if you open a Support Ticket we can let you know when that is fixed. If you want a database without observed hands then you can export your own played hands from the database and then import those hands into a new database.

I don't know what's causing the issue you described in your post and we will need to follow up with you on that on an individual basis so please report this to us as described above. Thank you.

Unfortunately that cannot be done since the active database must be selected. I don't see any reference to any specific change to this functionality and I've also installed some older versions and in all those I've checked the active database still needs to be selected.

You will need to make the database you want to use for the HUD the active database in PokerTracker 4 via the 'Database Management' window:

The active database will also be the database that hands get imported into while playing.

That error means you are not using the correct PostgreSQL password. If you don't recall the password that was used when PostgreSQl was installed then see this guide:

The BB is position 8, the SB is position 9 and the BTN is position 0. The remaining positions are based on the number of seats off the BTN so CO is position 1 e.t.c.

You can also add the 'Position' statistic to a report to see the results broken down by position. If you want to create a separate statistic you can specify that the player was in the small blind by adding: cash_hand_player_statistics.position = 9 For example: cnt_p_3bet_sb_vs_btn_open sum(if[cash_h...

If you create a 'Hand Report' in 'My Reports' and filter for the tags you want they can then be exported via the right-click menu.

That's the action faced by the player when they made their first preflop decision - the 3bet or 4bet was made before the action got to them.
