If you have tournaments being detected incorrectly please attach your examples to a Support Ticket. In the meantime you can manually update your tournaments.

Yes you will need to download and installl the Bovada/Ignition software from their site and then login and play using that software. Also the Ignition Hand Grabber only supports Windows so if you are playing on macOS that's not supported.

That's not the correct column and built-in columns cannot be deleted. You have duplicated cnt_f_float_opp_3bet_pot but the column in your first screenshot is called cnt_f_float_ def _opp_3bet_pot . It's not there because you have 'Show Built-In Columns' selected so you will not see any custom/premiu...

See this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. While the latter was written for PokerTracker 3 and the user interface is different the techniques still apply to PokerTracker 4.

You will need to either delete that custom column via 'Configure -> Statistics' or rename it so that it doesn't clash (by duplicating it to a new name and deleting the original). If you do the latter you will need to change the stat which uses it to use the new name as well.
