I don't know when the next official update will be but if you open a Support Ticket you can get access to a pre-release build that's available for testing.

That's not a known issue as far as I am aware so can you please send us a sample of hands and a support bundle that was created after the report and attach those to a Support Ticket where we can investigate this:

What are your settings in PokerStars and PokerTracker 4? If PokerStars is not setup correctly then only a limited number of hands will import into PokerTracker 4 so please check your configuration:

You can filter for the opportunity to raise limpers in 'Actions & Opportunities -> Preflop -> Preflop Opportunities' and the number of limpers via 'Hand Details -> Preflop Limping That Occurred':
