If you go to 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options' you can set filters in the 'Number of Players Filtered' section for that:

Unfortunately PokerTracker 4 was not developed to support remote database access and your setup is not something I am familiar with. As per my previous reply please attach your log file to a Support Ticket ticket and we can see if we can offer any further assistance on this.

If you are signed in then click 'My Account' at the top of this page, then 'Edit Account' and you can change the email address. After updating the email address you can then sign out and request a password reset.

Go to 'My Reports' and create an 'All Players' report:

The total number of hands displayed here will not be the number of unique hands so to get that you can filter for the players in the big blind position only.

If you click the 'Alias' icon for a player then in the same window where aliases are added there is a 'Remove' button which will unlink players from that alias.
