You can try querying player statistics with a different filter - see this thread for an example.

That is not a bug because all-in adjusted equity is not calculated in hands like this where there was further action on another street after an all-in as it introduces a bias in the results.

Even if iPoker add the rake to new hand histories your original hand history files will still not have any rake details so either your poker site would need to provide you with updated versions of these hand histories or the original files would need to be manually edited to the new format.

As far as I am aware that issue should be fixed in the next update. If you attach a sample of these hands to a Support Ticket we can verify if that's the case and notify you when the update is made available.
