Sorry I dont have a ticket generated at this time. But I have had this problem too that showed up in about the last week. But my PT4 stops working and then I cant close it. Will try to get a ticket for this soon.

PLO3 quit working on the merge network today. Right in the middle of a session. Was working fine and then boom quit. this is the message I am getting repeatedly in place of hand historys. I download the latest version afterwards and am still just getting this message. It is only doing it for PLO not...

Just finished a session of PLO on Carbon and noticed that PT3 did not report my correct winnings. I know this because early on I doubled up through someone and all it showed was just 1/6th of what I had won. Any ideas on what happened ?

It's not recording any hand histories at all.

Got the new Full Tilt update today and now my PTO is not recording hand historys. Any suggestions? Thanks

This after the latest update.

Have tried all the other fixes in the other thread .... reinstalling rebooting ect... But to no avail no HUD but just on Full Tilt SNGs.

Cash games at Full Tilt work. Pokerstars SNGs and MTTs it works.

So any suggestions or ideas?
