Sorry but I did not specify this in my previous reply but you need to reboot your computer after deleting the 'postmaster.pid' file so please delete the 'postmaster.pid' file again if it is present. Whether it's there or not reboot and try starting PokerTracker 4 again. If things are still not work...

Hello im having an importing problem especially on Pokerstars.

There is no importing on Pokerstars and on 888 poker it sometimes imports sometimes not.

Everything is configured correctly on the Site Import Options etc.

What can i do?

That error means there is a problem with the database and if the workarounds did not help this time then there is no other solution if one of the files is damaged e.g. due to a disk error so you would need to create a new database and reimport your hands or restore a database backup if you have one...
