Re: HUD and hands history not working on partypoker

Currently the stats won't update when players change but that is something that we're in the process of adding. If you want to be notified when that functionality is released please open a Support Ticket.

Re: Custom stat: Highlight Date

You can make a boolean (true/false) custom column like this, which compares the date played with the date of "now": dateextract_date[ datefix_fromutc[ cash_hand_player_statistics.date_played ]] = dateextract_date[ datefix_fromutc[ now() ]] Since you've already got images in your report I t...

Re: Trouble with hand histories on network drives

You should avoid using mapped network drives in auto import configurations.
Instead you should configure the full network path, like:
\\Computer\shared folder path

A mapped network drive won't give timely notifications so won't work correctly.

Re: Install notes

Unzip the files and then in PT4 go to Tools > NoteTracker in the menu. On the Edit page click Import and select the .pt4anote files that you saved from the zip.

Re: bb won: Standard - 3Bet - Squeeze

You would need to make a new Column for that. Take a look at how amt_blind_curr_conv is built, and how amt_bb_won is built - what you want is a combination of those (the game currency amount won divided by the BB size).

Re: How to wipe all stats but keeping manual notes ?

Notes (including the colors) are stored in your database and associated with the players the notes are for, so if you were to wipe everything there would be nothing to associate the notes with so the notes would also be removed. You could export your notes (using Database > Notes in the menu) and th...

Re: Can't open Pokertracker4

I would rename the top one to something else, then copy the backup file and rename that to exactly how the top one is now. Bear in mind you will need to set the correct extension as well as the filename - "postgresql.conf". Then restart the PostgreSQL service (or reboot your computer).

Re: bb won: Standard - 3Bet - Squeeze

It may be that you've built them slightly differently; for example check your columns' Summary Types - they may need to be 'sum' for the grouping to work.
If you still can't get it to group export your stat and attach it to a Support Ticket and we'll take a look at it for you.
