mine is on mac. its wierd because it works usually when im plaing 1-3 cash tables but the 4th isnt working and it doesn’t really work when playing tournaments at all. the hud pops up but i have to stop getting hands and then start getting hands in order to refresh the hud info.

hey krada having the same issue on carbon not exactly sure how to fix this. hud pops up initially but isnt taking in new info, only tables that pop up are those that were initially up when i pressed “get hands while playing"

poker tracker seems to be working. the hud is working fine and it says my hands are being tracked and graphs are working but when i try and see my previous hands they arent popping up and it is just blank. anyone have this problem?

is there a time frame for this?

honestly this is making me a little mad. just buy this software and it doesnt work, emailed support and get no replies.
if i cant get this working i definitely want some type of refund

i just bought PT4 and it isnt working on carbon poker at all.
it doesnt show my active tables or anything. not sure what to do exactly
pretty positive i have it configured correctly. Carbon did just have an update today so not sure if they are related
