There has been an update to NoteCaddy released recently which should hopefully solve your issue.  If you restart your PT4 then NoteCaddy should be automatically updated in the background.

So can I jump in this thread? I had same problem. I did the reset and NoteCaddy had to redo or reload all the notes.
