I've got the same problem with heatmaps: it works fine with the NC.PlayerOverview, but it's buggy in my own popups: I see the thumbnails but I can't not zoom on it for some definitions.

Effective stack has a very specific meaning in PokerTracker - it's the amount a player can lose in a pot as of their first action in the hand so in any hand where a player is in the big blind and receive a walk their effective stack will be zero for that hand.
