Re: Test for duplicates

Duplicates are blocked However, in one of my PT4 support tickets, someone from PT4 support wrote this: "Or you can leave it enabled and if you don't experience any unusual problems like unexpected duplicates it may not be causing trouble in your setup." Is it possible, or is it not possib...

Set HUD stats for fewer number of players

If I am at a table and the number of players goes down to 3, is there a setting I can use to have the HUD stats filter out all the full-table hands and calculate the stats based on only the hand histories for 3-handed play?

Re: How to see number of hands imported

If you have both cash and tournament hands you'll need to do that separately for both. How do I "do that separately for both"? If you click the green ? icon in the left sidebar there is also a tutorial video available for 'My Reports' (there are several in-client videos like this in vario...

Where is the Postgre database data file?

Where on my hard drive is the Postgre data file that contains all of the hand histories for PT4 database?

Is there a usual/standard default location where I can find it? How can I determine the location of the data file?

Could you fix this? I would like to use your add-on HUD and maybe other other products too at play money tables.

Re: Can I just close PT4 when import seems like it is done?

I think your are referring to the icon at the bottom of the screen. IDK if that is a sidebar. Not sure why you said 'the bot...
