i get a message "the extension log is not allowed" when I try to attach the file either here or on PM ! can I email it somewhere?

tried to sent the file OTT but couldnt so I think i managed to PM that file to you ! thanx.

i was advised by a guy to uninstall pt4 and postgre so I did , i tried to reinstall PT4 but now I get a message that says "postgre install did not complete successfully" or something similar.

Hello forum ! I did a format and then reinstalled PT4 normally , also SQL etc but when I run PT4 i get a message that PT4 cant connect to SQL ! can you please help ? tried some stuff i found online like stop/restart postgre manually but none worked so far ! thank you in advance.

any predictions of when the ticket is going to be checked? I havent received an email yet so I dont know exactly at what part of the procedure we stand atm, i can tho see the open ticket.

nvm the page was just stuck, refreshed and worked so I have now submitted the logfiles.
