When I play zoom it grabs the hands great but will not display my stats for the day at all under “view stats” and it’s frustrating please help

I have the Ignition hand grabber enabled for when I play zoom poker and It tracks all the hands great but it will not show me my stats under "view stats" where it will show you your profits/losses for that day as well as bb/100. Anyone know the sollution for this?
