TY. FWIW, I ended up manually copying the PLO files I had in my PT3 Processed HH folded into my FTP HH folder, and running Auto import. Not sure if there are any pitfalls in dong that, but it imported around 30k hands just fine.

I just activated the 15-day trial, and was able to import all of my hands from today. However, I'd like to import my previous hands, which have presumably been moved to processed folded by PT3 Holdem Edition. Thanks.

Not having this problem with Rush but with Pokerstars. Still unresolved after running both PT and PS as administrator.

Just installed the latest beta on a fresh Win 7 install. HUD works with observed Pokerstars tables but not with tables where I actually sit in. Thanks.

The registration code shouldn't have changed your setup any - what version of PT3 are you using and what site are you playing at? Are your hands importing successfully? I had an old trial install that I upgraded to the Micro Stakes version today. After entering the registration code and clicking start auto import, I'm able to import new hands but the not getting the HUD.

Please check the configuration. I actually installed postgre SQL standalone which I downloaded from their website...
