When saving hand histories (using the 'Export Original Handhistory' option) and trying to read them in again I encounter problems on windows with python.
Is this a known issue if yes what is the solution.
What encoding (utf-8, ascii, ??????) is used to generate those hand histories?

When using the filters for a new note when I select "Made hands" "One Pair" and select "Made One Pair On" I don't get a choice in the selection drop down box. Any idea how to fix this. See also attached file.

Got the same issue and looked at my postgresssql conf settings and they seem ok to me.
