I read that the basic version pt4 use is the Postgre sql v12. As I have installed PT4 some years ago my version of PG SQL is 9.3.
Would it be useful to manually update the version of PG SQL?
And in case of a positive answer could you please give me a guide of how to do it.

Hi,
since today I have a problem with PT4 on winamax.
I run the version 4.15.38 and it was fine up to yersterday.
Today the HUD doesn't not appear on the table but the hands are imported correctly and if I open ther pt4 replayer I can see the Hud in the replayer.

I am using the "Advanced->Tournament" tab, the I select since date. i only get the hands not the summary.
It works fine (both hands and summary) if I use the "normal" tournament tab and I select one by one the tournaments I want to export, but it is a bit tedious.

It is exactly what i am looking for.
When I use the function database>export hands then advanced/tournament I only get one file with all the hands played but no summary.
What do you do to get the summary file?

Hi I wanted to know if there is a way to export complete tournaments no only the hands within it (I am playing Spin and Go and expressos, so I would like to have the prize pool, for example). I have used the Database->Export Hands but it only export all the hands and not the informaction of winning....

I had the same issue but if you download the latest version of pt4, it works without problem
