You can do it via PGAdmin III SQL console

You have to break it down by cash and tournament

For cash games: select max(id_hand) from cash_hand_summary;
For tournies: select max(id_hand) from tourney_hand_summary;

Under configure > report options i assume you have my day starts at 8am. If so can you play a few hands, go to reports and see what time the hand histories that just imported are. Just type in "call F Bet" or "call T Bet" or "Call R Bet"

To clarify, those are 3 different stats, we just combine them onto one line rather than repeat duplicate information to keep things compact.

Your PT4 registration code is good for use on two separate computers at the same time. You should use the same code on both of your computers. I tried searching several players with underscores and seems to work for me, maybe its a site specific issue. Can you please open a Support Ticket and report your problem along with a hand history with one or more examples so that we can investigate.
