Are your hotkeys working when PokerTracker 4 is not running? Right click your PokerTracker 4 shortcut and select 'Run As Administrator' and then do the same for your PokerStars shortcut and try things out that way.

Are you still having the same trouble now? I've seen a couple of similar reports recently because Winamax were writing incorrect summary information however those users have now reported that Winamax have fixed the issue now.

There are many other factors which will affect performance so I cannot give you specific numbers. As far as retrieving data for the HUD it will likely be a little slower using multiple databases but as long as you're using cached stats then it shouldn't cause much of a problem.
