Your registration code is valid so make sure that you copy/paste the registration code from your account to avoid typos. If the code is entered correctly then something may be preventing PokerTracker from connecting to the registration server to validate your code - see this guide: Firewall Troubles...

Unfortunately partypoker.com no longer provides downloadable hand history files as you play so a HUD will not work there but you can download hands from the partypoker client afterwards and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poke...

The developers will need the requested information to take a look at this and as far as I can see nobody has reported this via our support system with a support bundle/screenshot.

You can specify the number of decimal places in the HUD Profile Editor under the 'Item Properties' for the statistic:

Alternatively you can set the 'Format Type' of the statistic to 'Percent' and turn off the 'Decimals' option.

You don't have enough free space. It is ideal to have as much free space as the size of your largest database on the drive where PostgreSQL is installed otherwise some housekeeping functions such as clustering will not be able to complete.

Cash game data and tournament data are separate so it's not possible to display data from cash games in a tournament HUD.
