Re: PT3 Error on First Start

That's odd. Does the PokerTracker.log file say anything? Which version did you download?

Re: PT just died while importing

Please try importing the file that caused it to die again. If it crashes, attach said file to a support ticket: http://pokertracker3.com/support . We'll get it fixed.

Re: Party($) - everyone is listed multiple times

Was this with the alpha version 22 or newer? I fixed this problem in that version. Hands will need to be re-imported though.

Re: What happened to all of the other topics for the Alpha?

Anyone who wasn't included in this can request that we add them, but we will expect feeback. We want people who are more than just interested in getting at the latest features. Once the beta is released, start helping out with that, and if we see dedication, we may add you as an alpha tester.

Re: About PT3 terms...

What's stopping you from trying to get the free license? We have a lot of testers, but not a lot of them are giving us good feedback.

Re: Party($) - everyone is listed multiple times

Attach the original hand histories to a support ticket. As few as is necessary to reproduce the problem in version 22.

Re: Party($) - everyone is listed multiple times

No, don't email. Go here:

http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/

PA Hud support was broke a while ago. It shouldn't be retrieving anything from your PT3 databases now. There's an AHK HUD available in the sticky above you can try.

Re: Minor glitches

If not, it might be that you are misspelling the name? [quote...
