For your information sharing hands with other players to increase the amount of data you have on your opponents is against PokerStars terms of service and may result in your account being closed.
That was added in PokerTracker v4.14.22 but unfortunately that change caused some significant side effects and had to be rolled back. We hope to be able to add it again in the future but I don't currently know when that will be possible.

With PokerTracker 4 closed make a copy of the 'Layouts.1022.pt4.backup' file and save that someplace safe. Finally rename 'Layouts.1022.pt4.backup' to 'Layouts.pt4', start PokerTracker 4 and you should have access to your HUD Profiles again.
iPoker is not supported on Mac and Unibet isn't supported on either Windows or Mac unless you are referring to Unibet.FR which as far as I know uses iPoker software.

No hands will import with PokerTracker v4.14.24 so you will need to use PokerTracker v4.14.23. The changes with regards to Heads Up games were addressed earlier in this thread.
As dev209 mentioned you can click on the green ? icon. When you click that a short video will appear giving you more information about those numbers. There are also other tutorial videos available in other sections of PokerTracker 4 via the same icon.
