I am not sure exactly what you mean but mucked cards are not enabled at fast poker tables for the reason I described above so if you want to see them you can do so in the hand viewer or the PokerTracker 4 replayer.

The development team are aware of this issue so if you want a notification when the fix is released please open a Support Ticket and in the meantime you can revert to PokerTracker v4.14.24 where those hands will import.

I don't have anymore news on this so I recommend that you open a Support Ticket so that we can link you to the request in our system - this adds weight to the issue and allows us to notify you of any update.

Did you rebuild the custom cache? Also I don't see the columns for the non AI 3bets so if you can please export all four stats, zip/compress them and then attach that file here or in a Support Ticket so we can import them (a little faster for us to do ).

There are limits to the number of hands you can request directly from the PokerStars client but if you contact PokerStars support directly they can send you copies of all of your hands going back to the very first time you played there.
