Thanks but you haven't answered my questions. Have you installed any new security software or run any 'cleanup' software recently? Does the folder specified in the Event Viewer exist on your computer?

PokerTracker doesn't currently support the display of player bounty values in the replayer. With regards to the hand histories it would be up to the poker site if they include that information or not but this would be required if PokerTracker was ever updated to support the display of player bounty ...

I believe that's a known issue at this time - as a workaround you can try clicking 'Search for file' when the message appears and manually selecting the /Library/PostgreSQL/x.x/bin/pg_restore file. If that doesn't help please open a Support Ticket where we can follow up with you.

Go to this folder: C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\x\data\ where x is your PostgreSQL version although you may have it installed in a custom location. Delete the 'postmaster.pid' file inside that folder (not 'postmaster.opts' which may be there too), reboot your computer and try starting PokerTracker 4 ...
