Please send a support ticket, if you have not done so already. I assume that you are experiencing the bug where some of your hands are displaying a limit of $0 which is causing the query to fail. We'll have this fixed for the next beta release.

PokerTracker 3 is correctly picking up some additional hands that PT2 was missing :) As for the timing, PT2 was ending your session at the time your final hand was dealt.
