I do not know the specifics of different versions of the OBS software so you'll need to contact OBS or Twitch support about that.

There is no "EV" in PokerTracker 4 however PokerTracker 4 does calculate your "All-in Equity" and "All-In Equity Adjusted Winnings". Please see this guide for further details:

This error means you have statistics which use additional tables which need to be added to the database outside of PokerTracker 4.
