You can remove it by disabling it from PT4 → PokerTracker Apps → NoteCaddy → Disable NoteCaddy.

Does this happen for you in the replayer as well? Or only at live tables?

It's ok that the HUD Editor shows XYZ, I believe that is intentional. It happens for definitions/stats which are not shown as simple normal stats.

You can check to make sure the stats are working for you in the replayer.

In the 'Default Definitions' I believe those definitions use the prefix 'pf', not 'preflop', and they haven't changed in a long time.

You can try replacing NC.PrefixedBadge.preflop badge slots on the HUD with NC.PrefixedBadge.pf slots to see if they are working like you are expecting.
