You need to have the note definitions active in NoteCaddy before you can add them to a HUD. You can import them with NoteCaddy → Tools → Import.

Simply go into PT4 → PokerTracker Apps → NoteCaddy → Disable NoteCaddy. This completely turns off NoteCaddy so that it can't use any resources.
