Re: hey having trouble with getting started

In PT2, go to Utilities -> PostgreSQL Settings. Check the port, server, and user name to make sure they are exactly what you are using in PT3. If they are the same, then chances are you are using the wrong password.

Re: Postgres error on installation

skoldpadda, it looks like you tried to uninstall PT3 with it still running. Make sure you close it prior to uninstalling. So at this point, the PostgreSQL installation starts, but gives you that "initdb" error, correct? I've gotten this error too, and it was caused because the PostgreSQL d...

Re: Autoimport speed significantly slower than the manual

Please reproduce this problem and attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket (reference this thread). Auto-import is slower than manual import, because it's not meant to import hands in bulk, only a few hands per minute as you play. The PTBB/BB option is in PT3, I just haven't added the in...

Re: Some errors

Is this with Beta 2? If so, and if you can find some of the hands that are marked "$0.25/$0.00", please attach them to a support ticket.

Re: PartyPoker differences between PT2 and PT3

I would say, since there were two people who won money on this pot, that it is a split pot. PT3 has been fixed though to say that the strongest hand was the winning hand, so in this case winner would be "[Split Pot]" and winning hand would be "Three of a Kind, Aces".

Re: Difficulty initiating PT3 & Beta2 install question

The database schema will likely change several more times over the next couple of weeks. Probably not for every release though. If you want to do a large import, I suggest starting it before you go to bed and letting it run overnight. As for this: [quote:2sm5wrem]2nd import - 4,664 files 516 hands i...
