What are the game levels that display on the Preferences tab of the stats window? If the levels you are looking for aren't there then you haven't loaded any of them into the database. The only levels that display are ones you imported hands for.

What version of PT2?
Are you using the auto-import window? Does it tell you there are errors? Do you have filters set that prevent you from seeing all the data?

You can just reindex the PLAYER_WINNINGS table as that is the one causing the error.
