You need to import the processed hand history files that were used to import into PT3 in the first place. The export from PT3 doesn't use the same format PT2 expects in all cases.

This happens when GMAIL doesn't return the entire list of emails. You need to go to your GMAIL settings and use the "Enable POP3 for emails that arrive from now on" (not sure if that's the exact wording) and then save the settings, request some summaries and then try it again.

Look at the hand history text and make it look like one that imported correctly, add the missing information.

You need to be using the Customize Summary Info. To Import button on the File > Tournament Results - Manual Entry > PokerStars window to limit the number of names being imported, there is no way you need to be loading the database with 30,000+ names you'll never see again.

If the hands won't import then the format used by PT3 is not the same as PT2. I have nothing to do with PT3, you need to post this issue on their forums or use the original hand history files that were imported into PT3 in the first place.
