Is it normal that custom made stats are loading much more longer than stats bought from third parties?

Changing name of file worked and i was able to delete databases.

I have a probelm with deleting databases. When I trying to to that I see window that inform: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error, Reason: Error: database used by other users.
