Does the HUD work if you run your poker client normally? The PokerTracker 4 HUD needs to be able to interact with the poker client so if it is blocked from doing so and/or if the sandbox alters the table name window then it won't work.

If you want to see your lifetime stats for analysis purposes you can load up a hand in the replayer and turn the option on to 'Show Hero Lifetime Stats' via the Options button.

You can convert the stat to a tournament stat by selecting it in 'Configure -> Statistics' and clicking the 'Options' button.
